Counseling Approach/ Philosophy:

Ms. Glickman believes strongly in the therapeutic relationship and
the ability to help clients heal through a strong rapport based on
trust and empathy. She provides a safe, non-judgmental
environment to allow clients to feel comfortable in working
together to establish realistic, attainable goals for treatment.  

Ms. Glickmam uses a variety of approaches when working with
clients to develop the best possible approach toward therapy.

Educational/Work Experience:

Graduated from Salisbury University in 2004 with a BA in
Psychology. Graduate of Johns Hopkins University with MS in
Clinical Community Counseling in 2006.  She is currently
undergoing year-long learning collaborative to become certified in
Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  Ms. Glickman has
worked for the past four years as School-Based therapist for
children ages 5-18.   She is also a member of Howard County Mobile
Crisis team.
